We have partnered with SEDEX (the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), a reputable non-profit organisation dedicated to transparency and ethical practices in global supply chains. Through this partnership, we gain access to independent, detailed third-party audit reports of our suppliers and factories. These reports are crucial in helping us assess and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct.



To further our commitment, our suppliers are required to undergo a SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit), which evaluates the quality and integrity of their operations. This ensures that our products are not only of the highest quality but also ethically produced.



Additionally, our dedicated in-house Sourcing and Compliance team routinely conducts surprise audits. These unannounced visits are essential to ensure that all our partners and suppliers comply with local laws and regulations. Through these rigorous audits, we maintain high standards across our business, covering aspects like labour and human rights, ethical practices, and sustainability.

We take the quality of our supply chain operations seriously and conduct regular audits of all our suppliers ensuring we maintain a high standard across human & labour rights. We ensure our supply chain is transparent and upholding highest standards throughout our entire operations.

  • CODE OF CONDUCT

    Femme Connection's Code of Conduct ensures that our suppliers & partners meet the below
    requirements:
    • the right to an adequate and safe standard of living in provided accommodation (if required);
    • the right to rest and leisure;
    • the right to training to perform required tasks within the workplace;
    • a safe and healthy workplace;
    • the right to work, equal pay and the right to join a trade union if desired or available;
    • the right to refuse any dangerous or unsafe work.
    • We expect all factories and suppliers to fairly compensate their employees by providing wages, benefits and reasonable work hours that are consistent with local laws and standards.

  • ENVIRONTMENT + SUBSTAINABILITY

    At Femme Connection, we are actively working to reduce energy consumption, reduce waste materials, adopt recyclable practices and minimize carbon footprint. Various initiatives are in place to restore wildlife habitats, enhance biodiversity and climate change mitigation to better the environment. We ensure all our suppliers and partners comply with all relevant laws & regulations pertaining to the protection and preservation of the environment. We strive to retain sustainable production and contribute towards a more environmentally and socially conscious future.

  • RECYCLING

    All paper, cardboard and plastic waste from all our offices, warehouses and distribution centre is widely recycled and the use of recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
    We ensure all our suppliers and partners comply with all relevant laws & regulations pertaining to the protection and preservation of the environment and conduct unannounced audits all suppliers and partners to ensure these regulations are met. We are proud of our partnership with REDCycle. RED Group is a Melbourne-based consulting and recycling organisation who has developed and implemented the REDcycle Program; a recovery initiative for post-consumer soft plastic.
